Online presentations

Online video presentation

All online presenters are requested to make a short video of their presentation of 4 minutes max; for instance as a short PowerPoint presentation of 3 to 4 slides - see our example: www.tropentag.de/conference/TT20ExamplePosterPresentation.wmv
Please do not send only an audio file but make a video and send it as .wmv or .mp4 format before 3 September 23:00 h CEST.

On-line presentation at "Tropentag 2025" schedule

All presenters will receive an email announcing the exact presentation time of their session (time zone CEST or UTC+2)

During the online sessions all interested online participants can enter a virtual meeting room to view the poster videos which will be started in a lecture hall at the venue. Each session will have a moderator who will manage the discussion of the individual presentations.
The in-person participants can follow the online poster presentation either from their own device or view the session in one of the lecture halls were it will be streamed.
Links to the sessions will be posted on the whova platform (access code will be send shortly before the conference starts), access will only be granted to registered participants who have paid their conference fee.
