The conference sessions will be held in four locations around the Campus Poppelsdorf, including a conference tent, the Hörsaalzentrum Poppelsdorf building, the Außenstelle Geozentrum der Universität Bonn building and the Rotationsgebäude building. Arrival by public transportation in Bonn

Bonn has an efficient transportation network operated by SWB and Deutsche Bahn, including regional trains, trams, and buses.

From Bonn Hauptbahnhof (central station), take bus lines 601, 602 or 603 to the stop "Bonn Am Botanischen Garten" (approx. 7 minutes).

Arrival by train

Bonn is well connected by train to major German cities via Deutsche Bahn.
From Cologne (Köln) Central Station: around 30 minutes by regional trains (RE5 and RE26).
From Düsseldorf Central Station: around 1 hour by regional train (RE5).
From Frankfurt Main Station: around 1 hour by ICE train.

Arrival by plane

Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN): Located about 25 km from Bonn. From the airport, take the SB60 bus directly to Bonn Hauptbahnhof (approx. 30 minutes).

Düsseldorf Airport (DUS): Around 80 km from Bonn. From the airport, take a train to Bonn via Cologne (approx. 1 hour).

Frankfurt International Airport (FRA): About 180 km from Bonn. From the airport’s long-distance station, take an ICE train to Bonn/Siegburg (approx. 1 hour), then tram line 66 to Bonn Hauptbahnhof.

Arrival by bike

Bonn is bike-friendly, and the Campus Poppelsdorf offers several bike racks around the main buildings.

Arrival by foot

Alternatively, the venue is only about a 20-minute walk from the Bonn Central Station.
