Abstract
Just as a ``Starting Block'' used by sprinter athletes, SDG 17 strides to ``Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development''. For Impactful partnership, a clear vision and reflection on “Who targets or who is targeted, form or type of targeted cooperation or partnership and roles of partners must be clearly defined. Dynamic decision making must ensure that ``No One or Country is left Behind'' meaning that partner cooperations should address the unforeseen risks and challenges and more so create opportunities and new knowledge. A reflection of Lessons learnt from Tropentag 2024 (TT24) provides the springboard to stride forward in enhancing and exploring new opportunities for transformative managing of natural resources sustainably and improving the quality of life for all nations, communities and individuals.
