Use Medicinal plants are in great demand in modern civilisation in order to extract various drugs for human welfare Water stress is one of the most important factors limiting the function of field crops in arid and semiarid regions. One mechanism to increase drought resistance in plants may be through the symbiotic effects of the arbescular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi on tolerance drought. After stress is typical of semi arid environments and the crop during the flowering"=grain filling period is affected by drought. One mechanism to increase drought resistance in plants may be through the symbiotic effects of arbescular mycorrhiza (AM) fungi on tolerance drought. an experiment at the research farm of faculty of agriculture in Tarbiat Modares University in Peykan shahr using RCBD with a split- plot factorial argument of treatments and three replications 2009. Main plots consisted of soil moisture levels (Soil water contact 40 \%( w1), Soil water contact 60 \%( w2) and Soil water contact 80 \%( w3). Two levels of manure (without manure and \unitfrac[80]{kg}{ha} N), and three factor consists of inoculation and not"=inoculation of the plant with Piriformospora indica. Results shown that drought stress, manure, fungi and interaction drought stress $\times$ manure significantly affected all of measured traits. Interaction drought stress $\times$ fungi significantly affected all of measured traits expect 1000 seed Wight and umbel no./ plant.  Also Effect interaction stress $\times$ manure $\times$ fungi significantly affected all of measured traits expect umbel no. / plant. The highest and the least grain yield, treatment systems chemical with treatment non drought stress and without nutrition systems with not sever drought stress respectively.
