With regard to degrade of Celtis sites in north of Iran, for conservation and better management, it is necessary to determine genetic variation and recognition of ecological requirements. Therefore in this research for investigation of geographical variation of Celtis australis based on leaf and fruit morphology, three populations were selected. In each population, 10 trees with at least 100 metre distance from each other selected and some leaves collected from middle crown in early October. Leaves mixed together and then 5 leaves were selected randomly for detail study. The results indicated that the length of petiole, width of tip, number of serration, fruit weight and length of peduncle have significant difference among populations. PCA analysis shows width of leaf , width of leaf in 0.1 of its length and leaf length in first axis and fruit dimensions ( length, diameter, weight and thickness of fruitts ) in second axis and length of tip,width of stomata and width of stomata in 0.9 in third axis have the major role in the observed variance. Generally, five of first axes include \mbox{81.9\,\%} of total variance. Weight, length of tip and width of leaf especially in 0.9 of its length Have the most plasticity, as fruits dimensions and number of serration and length of stomata have the lowest plasticity. In addition, from this research, it can be concluded that geographical variation in leaf and fruits morphological traits of Celtis australis. As well as the use of length of petiole, width of tip and number of serration as distinguishable traits in segregation of Celtis species due to less affected of environmental conditions.
