The population of Iran is about 70 million people that \mbox{50.9\,\%} are men, \mbox{49.1\,\%} are women and about \mbox{30\,\%} are living in rural areas. During last three decades, economical situations of women in rural areas of Iran have been developed by creation of entrepreneurship. Following to rural developing, rural people try to find some additional activities for covering their living costs and more saving income too. For these reasons, rural men encourage their women to produce hand made products and sale to local markets. Many of these products have very good quality and are competitive with urban products which known as machine products. According to data analysing of three General Statistical Data which were collected in every 10 years, jobless rate for women in rural areas decreased two times more than urban areas. It is possible to say that literacy situation is one of the main effective factors for rural developing in Iran. The statistical data show in recently years, number of female students in both private and state universities are \mbox{68\,\%} versus male students. In many some agricultural subjects, nearly \mbox{80\,\%} percentages of the Iranian students are female and most of them come from rural areas that the main jobs of their parents is farming. Meanwhile, many of women in rural areas tried to learn more education about their local products by participating in local workshops and updating them with new technology. 



Entrepreneurship, and economical situation of women in rural areas of Iran during last three General Statistical Data will be compared in this paper.
