What kind of production model should China adopted in developing its modern agriculture, Is intensive production, Medium"=scale production and small"=scale production, or appropriate scale. Under the double restriction of rural population and condition of cultivated land, it is become more and more fuzzy for the issue of production model in its modernisation in recently. However, both the modernisation of agriculture in China, or China's modern agriculture, the change in production model will be not dominated by people's opinion. If deny this change, it will be a long time for china to realise its modern agriculture. Current situation show that household agricultural production is the main issue in hindered China scale farming production, agricultural modernisation and modern agriculture of China can not be established on household agricultural production. In this paper, the marginal theory, model and time series data of agricultural production cost is adopted and used to simulate the marginal space and the inflection point of land, capital and labour in scale production for different crops, verifying the scale problems of Chinese crop production. The result shows that scale production model should be adopted by China farming production, because it can improve the production efficiency of land and labour, compared with scale production, the labour cost of households in paddy rice production is 2.74 times as large"=scale production, 1.15 times in wheat production, and 3.54 times in corn production. Compared with households production marginal benefit space of land in paddy rice scale production is 1909.11 times as households production, 43.21 times in wheat production, and 7.15 times in corn production.
