Agricultural sector is a major sector in Iran's economy. It has an important role in economy and international trade. Iran's agriculture faces with machinery constraint so that agricultural activities do with delay. This function has an important effect on agricultural yield and farmer's revenue. This process has some problem to agricultural sector. It concludes migration of people from rural area to cities, loss of yield of agricultural products, reducing of rural household's revenue, poverty in rural area, decreasing of mechanisation rate in agriculture.Therefore; it must solve with academic study the farmers behaviour of agricultural machinery purchasing. Regard to these problems, this paper carried out to investigate the factors influencing on cash purchasing power of agricultural machinery technology in logit analysis framework and using a cross sectional data of 210 farmers that selected by stratified random sampling in Khorasan Razavi province in 2009.Results showed that average experience of farmers, cultivated area and annual revenue of farmers have positive and significant effect on probability of cash purchasing power of agricultural machinery technology. Also, agricultural activities diversity has negative and significant effect on probability of cash purchasing power of agricultural machinery technology weighted aggregate elasticity of average  experience of farmers, cultivated area, annual revenue of farmers and agricultural activities diversity are 0.484, 0.618, 0.426 and -0.208, respectively. Regard to results, increasing of farmers' access to bank credit for promotion cash purchasing power services to increasing of agricultural revenues, promotion Knowledge of farmers to mechanisation, machinery leasing to agricultural sector, consolidation of agricultural lands and providing necessity context to profitability of agricultural activities suggested.}
