In Order to study the effects of drought stresses levels on WUE , the harvesting index(HI) Of  R/S and the number of stomata , in five genotypes of rapeseed , a research was conducted in green house conditions in split plot blocks and with complete randomise block design in 3 frequents and I 2003--2004 agricultural year in a green house in ahmad abad district of varamin .The plants were cultivated in vase and the water rate for each vase was noted . the aluminum paper was preventing from water evaporation , based on results such as genotypes aspect of WUE  the R/S had not meaningful difference but the (HI) and resulted performance put genotypes in various statistical levels .The  genotype of Hyola-42 with average of (HI) \mbox{51\,\%} and the performance of seed 13.1 (gr in vase ) in class A and the  genotype Symbol , Mohican with average in order (HI) \mbox{26\,\%} and \mbox{25\,\%} of performance of seed 5.4 and 5.5 (gr in vase ) in class C were put respectively . The effect of various levels of drought stress on WUE  ,HI  and  R/S were became meaningful . With increasing of irrigation rate , WUE , performance and HI in various genotypes of rapeseed were increased and WUE  from 0.98(gr/kg) in zero percentage of from capacity reached to average 1.88(gr/kg) in 75 percentage of from capacity and performance of  seed increased as 65 percentage with increasing of irrigation levels and reached average  4.6 (gr/vase ) in zero percentage of from capacity to average12.97 (gr/vase ) in 75 percentage of  from capacity and the HI increased with 62 percentage from average \mbox{20\,\%} in zero percentage of from capacity to average\mbox{52\,\%} in 75 percentage of  from capacity but the drought stress caused to increase R/S so that the treatment of irrigation in zero percentage of from capacity average \mbox{77\,\%} and the treatment of  irrigation in \mbox{75\,\%} of from capacity with average \mbox{55\,\%} allocated the highest and lowest percentage the stomata increased in mm$^{2}$ but its effect were not became meaning flu.}
