The main goals of this study are to survey and determine the comparative advantage of major garden products of the state of Khorasan Raavi between 1386--87 and to survey the ways of export development for the comparative advantage of these garden products. Part of this study is related to the cost of garden products between 1386--87 and comes from diffuse statistics from Khorasan Razavi state Jahad Keshavarzi organization; the other part comes from internet bases (Comtrade & FAO), with the  major part being aggregated via 400 completed questionnaires from various townships of Khorasan Razavi state in the form of surveys and bunching sample method. To determine the comparative advantage of special products, H"=O theory is exploited. In this base, a first type index (DRC, SCB, NSP, and RCA) is used. Results show that in all of the townships producing pomegranate, saffron, and pistachio have a comparative advantage. Also, the results show the high production capacity of garden products in the Khorasan Razavi province. Finally, according to our findings, we suggest the following policies. Considering that the comparative advantage can be an indicator suitable for the production and optimization products used for business, we suggest that throughout the year to serial products of comparative advantage and then determine the optimum land as a The aim is to enter its maximum. In other words, with the current pattern in garden products, the model leads to results that are consistent with comparative advantage and be changed. Farmers and gardeners using the comparative advantage and the shadow price of a familiar course and promote awareness about them is held. Gardeners and farmers in Khorasan face a host of problems due to drought; therefore, we suggest that they use garden products with lower water requirements. Or in other words, farmers and gardeners should be familiar with the actual price of water. It is important that farmers understand the causes of water usage and aim for more efficient farming methods.
