\textbf{Abstract}

Fertilisers derived from fish have been applied in agricultural and crop production for a very long time. One of the fish fertiliser that found extensively in the global market today is based on the fish hydrolysates. The method of the fish hydrolysates fertiliser production mentioned else where in the patent document and publications involves blending or grinding the raw fish material with addition of water in order to obtain a fish paste or homogenates and the homogenates is then acidified to a certain pH and it is incubated for several hours to several days at room temperature. Finally, the liquid fish hydrolysates fertiliser produced is filtered to remove the undigested fish bone and scale  The effect of fish hydrolysates fertiliser on the various plant and crops have been a subject of some report and reviews. In this article is reported the production of fish hydrolysates fertiliser from sardine as fish raw material with similar method of production as above, but with addition of enzyme from cultured microorganism colony instead of water. By this reported methods the liquid fish hydrolysates fertiliser may be produced in a quicker time and become more cost efficient. The liquid fish hydrolysates produced in this report has been applied in several field trials for various commercial plants. It was found that the liquid fish hydrolysates can be used foliar and soil application. For foliar application the liquid fish hydrolysates need to be diluted with water 300 --- 1000 times and application by soil need to be diluted 10 --- 100 times. Foliar and soil application of this liquid fish hydrolysates can reduce significantly the consumption of chemical fertiliser in rice and corn farming according to the recommended procedure. The liquid fish hydrolysates can also be used for priming the germination. Priming of peanut using this liquid fish hydrolysates is significantly more efficient than application of several commercial products available in Indonesia to speed up the germination. The indication of the presence of potent plant growth control in this liquid fish hydrolysates needs an urge research.}
