\textbf{Abstract}

Purpose: relate to outcomes of a development of Agricultural Technology Management Programme ``AgroExpert'' ATMP conceived for its use by extension workers. The programme can be utilised to facilitate decision"=making in the field of technologic as well as economic and management design of technologies. The programme permits modelling agricultural technologies, calculation of their costs, conception of Crop Budgets and comparison of different technologies. These functions are in line with the effort of precision technologies conception based on technical, economic and ecologic principles. 



Methodology: extensive survey of field operations linked to the ATMP programme conception was conducted. The methodology was based upon a logic sequence starting from the (first) evaluation of the current situation in the field operations and going up to the (last) proposal of the programme. The ATMP ``AgroExpert'' was programmed in MySQL, PHP.



Findings: more versions of the ATMP programme have been formulated and programmed as a very important facilitator of extensionist´s activities linked to technological and economical advice regarding agricultural technologies. 



Practical implications: the above programme has been placed on the Internet (http://agroepert.czu.cz) which enables access of potential programme users from all over the world. It can be used for modelling agricultural technologies and calculation of both - costs concerning individual inputs, total costs and costs per unit of time or production. The programme also enables comparison of revenues and costs in its module unit called ``Crop Budget'' and comparison of individual technologies in its module unit called ``Comparison Table''. The overall programme assessment criterion is ``Net Margin''.
