\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}
\normalsize{
Away from the past, farmers in many countries, including Iran, confronted with problems of insecurity and risk of product losses due to natural disasters. Uncertainty of income in end of a risky production period, induce policy makers to seek various methods for stabilising rural income. Agricultural crop insurance is a good and secure option for deal with risks that cannot control them with managerial methods. Coordinating these programs with farmer needs and expectations is one of the effective ways for diffusion of Agricultural crop insurance. Measuring farmers' satisfaction and awareness from their expectation can play a significant role in propagation of Agricultural crop insurance. A whereas most studies in this area used quantitative method, a survey was carried out to investigate the factors affecting farmer's satisfaction of Agricultural crop insurance with adaption of American satisfaction model and application of path analysis technique in Fars province. Multi stage stratified random sampling was used to select 312 farmers as the research sample size. The research findings showed that perceived value and quality of services had the greatest direct affect on farmer's satisfaction of crop insurance, and attitude towards insurance had the greatest indirect affect on farmer's satisfaction. Quality of services had the greatest total affect (sum of direct and indirect affects) on farmer's satisfaction. Also, farmer's satisfaction and quality of services, respectively, had the greatest direct and indirect effects on farmers' loyalty and their intention to further buying crop insurance. Also the research finding showed attitude can be a good variable for substitute of customer expectations in American satisfaction model. At least we present some suggestion for increase farmer's satisfaction.}
