\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}
\normalsize{
Iran access to two important seas and rich marine resources in it's north and south. Their name are Caspian sea and Persian gulf. Therefore Iran has many potential capacities for fisheries production and access to superior position in export markets.

As fishery resources are renewable and can be in biologic equilibrium, they can be important in iran's non"=oil export.Hence sensitivity analysis of fishery export demand and supply are necessary for their optimal management in export markets.on the other hand, export power increment due to accurate management will improve domestic production, employment rate, and economic growth.Also it decrease iran's dependency to oil export incomes.

Therefore we estimated demand and supply functions for fishery export through simultaneous equations system for period 1973--2009. It is applied to extract elasticities of demand and supply to reach above goals.

In fact,these elasticities reveal policy approachs for export development.

Result showed low and high elasticity of export demand, respectively for export price and importer countries income.It shows better quality of export, packaging and attention to sanitation in different stages of production will increase Iran income due to export price increment.

Export demand elasticity is negative and positive, respectively for exchange rate and global price. It shows good economic position of Iran in foreign markets.

We studied outcome of collapse soviet (1992) and exploitation type change of Caspian sea with dummy variables. It had positive effect on the export demand.

As fisheries consumption is luxury in domestic market, export supply elasticity is low for relative price. In other words, the domestic market is not a competitor for export market and attention to foreign markets is more important for exporters.

Also supply elasticity is negative per year relative to past year because of fishery limited resources.

Normalized demand equations showed, Iran is small country in fishery export and has no role in determination of global price.

We can develop fishery export with more commercial partners, domestic production increment,packaging promotion and attention to sanitation at different stages of production.It will increase export income due to export price increment.
