In many areas of  world, Rapeseed growth, yield and yield components are exposed to water stress.water stress of environmental stresses that have different effects on plant life and human societies is the following. In order to investigation of water stress effect on quantity and quality characteristics of rapeseed cultivars, a experiment was conducted in split"=plot design on randomised complete block design with four replications at the research field of Abouraihan campus,Tehran in 2007/8. This experiment, two spring rapeseed (\textit{Brassica napus} L.) cultivars including RGS003 and OPTION500 as main plot and irrigation treatments in three levels as sub plots such as 6, 8 and 10 irrigation periods were studied. and net irrigation depth, distance between and the amount of irrigation water per irrigation turn should be given to the ground, using the relevant formula was calculatedThe result of this experiment indicated that the highest seed yield, biological yield, oil yield, plant height, lateral branch number, silique number in both main stem and lateral branch, total silique number, silique length in both main stem and lateral branch, total silique lenght, total dry matter (TDM), leaf dry matter (LDM) was produced in RGS003 cultivar and 6 irrigation period. The highest 1000-seeds weight, harvest index, oil percentage, silique fertility ratio in both main stem and lateral branch, total silique fertility, grain number in main stem silique, total grain number and stem dry matter(STM) was produced in OPTION500 cultivar and 6 irrigation period.and therefore In total can be said that irrigation six days once the water supply needed Canola caused achieve maximum crop yield will be}
