\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}

Agricultural waste residues create the main component of fuels for heating and cooking in Chinese household countryside. Goal of the paper was gained, analyzed, compared and recommend clear shoot biomass for heating energy in China. The exhaust emissions were measured in countryside stoves with portable device Testo 335. Among others the paper analyses shoot biomass of Helianthus tuberosus L. (Jerusalem artichoke) under varying plants density cultivation per hectare versus other common crops and plants available for heating energy in Chinese-Jiangsu countryside. The maximum hectare yield, brute energy, moister of dry shoot biomass, average exhaust emission CO$_{2}$ and NOx (for \mbox{13\,\%} O$_{2}$) for artichoke are 14, \unitfrac[6]{t}{ha}; 15, \unitfrac[679]{KJ}{g}; 28, \mbox{82\,\%}, 5867, \unitfrac[44]{mg}{m}3 and 84, \unitfrac[45]{mg}{m}3 respectively (in the case of elimination field, 45.000 plants per ha) and 4,\unitfrac[7]{t}{ha}; 15, \unitfrac[827]{KJ}{g}; 35, \mbox{74\,\%}, 6868, \unitfrac[81]{mg}{m}3 and 112, \unitfrac[31]{mg}{m}3 respectively (in the case of original field, 500.000 plants per ha). The most economic fuels which don't require input fertilisers are introduced by wild species like miscanthus, thatch grass or virginica. The thatch grass brute energy, moister of dry shoot biomass and average exhaust emission CO$_{2}$ and NOx (for \mbox{13\,\%} O$_{2}$) are 15, \unitfrac[57]{KJ}{g}; 42, \mbox{63\,\%}, 10213, \unitfrac[26]{mg}{m}3 and 117, \unitfrac[283]{mg}{m}3. From the other hand widespread bio"=fuels are residua of crops like straw of rice, corn and cotton. The cotton brutte energy, moister of dry shoot biomass and average exhaust emission CO$_{2}$ and NOx (for \mbox{13\,\%} O$_{2}$) are 17, \unitfrac[81]{KJ}{g}; 31, \mbox{73\,\%}, \unitfrac[11762]{mg}{m}3 and 198, \unitfrac[97]{mg}{m}3, respectively. Although in Jiangsu province the heating energy use to be gain from the available sources of rice straw the measured values favourable for direct combustion other solid agricultural residua. Advantage of Jerusalem artichoke are high yield and low exhaust emission.  The shoot biomass of artichoke is suitable solid bio"=fuels for countryside from the economical and ecological point of view especially should be recommended to consider artichoke for future research like a potential part of compounds solid bio"=fuels. }
