Heavy metals have caused apprehensions in consuming fishes due to various negative affects on aqueous like decline in growth, behavioural change, genetic changes and even death and similarly, due to toxicity and its assemblage in food chain. Concentration of micro elements (Mn, Fe, Zn, and Cu) in Rainbow trout eggs in different stage of incubation period was investigated. Tow incubators with same condition as experiment unit were selected which one incubator as experimental incubator with approximately 60000 eggs and another one without any eggs. In first stage (control treatment) fertilised eggs (n=100) were sampled before introduce to incubator water while in other stages, sampling of eggs during incubation period was conducted on the weekly basis. Then concentration of studied micro elements in per egg dry weight was measured. Also variation of these elements between input and discharge water of both incubators was measured on the weekly basis. Change of concentration percentage for the studied elements in per egg dry weight based on maximum and minimum in different stages of incubation period was respectively for Mn 148$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6}$\pm$3$\times$10\textsuperscript{-5}, 385$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6}$\pm$15$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6} Fe 382$\times$10\textsuperscript{-5}$\pm$22$\times$10\textsuperscript{-5}, 626$\times$10\textsuperscript{-5}$\pm$11$\times$10\textsuperscript{-5} Zn 154$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6}$\pm$9$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6}, 185$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6}$\pm$4$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6} and Cu 121$\times$10\textsuperscript{-10}$\pm$12$\times$10\textsuperscript{-6}, 288$\times$10\textsuperscript{-10}$\pm$19$\times$10\textsuperscript{-10}. The results of this study showed significant differences between different stages in concentration percentage for the studied elements in per egg dry weight ($p < 0.05$). Also the data showed that in experimental incubator concentration of studied elements vary in discharge water compared to input water in different stage of incubation period ($p < 0.05$). The results of this study showed that concentration of the studied elements in eggs dry weight vary in different stage of incubation period.
}
