\textbf{Abstract}

Sustainable food security is now and in future of high relevance to Egypt. Unpredictable food import prices, increasing population, decreasing revenues and the lowering of the soil level in the Nile delta are aspects of food security challenges.

Egypt is extremely vulnerable to impacts of climate change

-	the rise in sea"=water level and the intrusion of salt water into the rooted soil layer

-	the probable increase of air temperature near the ground

-	a probable decrease of precipitation rate in the regions of rainfed agriculture

Food security, therefore, depends at the production level on climate and in future on climate change.

, We are taking up Food Security which is a vital challenge for Egypt. Contamination of main crops in Egypt with heavy metals and organic pollutants are important data for future perspectives. In addition, the Egyptian Fish production, will be experimented under climate change and rise of the temperature, as gain of weight quality of meat and on their Immunity ,beside the study of their resistant against effect or contamination with heavy metals ,bacteria and /or influence of fungus- especially water temperature of sea and fresh water rivers -play a great and dangers role on fish production (life span,number,health).

A global atmospheric circulation model is coupled with a global oceanographic circulation model. Geographically coarse model results will be regionalised on a small scale to 20 km\,$\times$\,20 km to reflect regional peculiarities. The results for every 6 hr atmospheric situation will be projected to the next several decades to generate input values for crop growth parameterisation. . The filed data from the Nile area are a wealth of Egyptian agricultural research and extension activities.

The research result will improve the scientific basis for evaluating:

-	effects of climate change on major agricultural food crops in Egypt

-	effects of climate change on Fish production and quality in Egypt

-	information for policy / decision makers at different levels

-	the potential to increase awareness for essential problems in the scientific community as well as in the general public
