\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}
\normalsize{
This article describes basically a source of bio"=diesel, a \textit{Jatropha curcas} plant. By the entering of European Union, both of the countries, Czech Republic, as well as Turkey have to set or modify their local laws regarding to bio- diesel usage to fit European rules and laws.  The EU set a goal that by 2010 \mbox{5.75\,\%} of the energy used for transportation shall be bio - fuel. Its today share is estimated to close \mbox{1.5\,\%}, which implies the replacement of up to 19 Mil tons of fossil fuels. In 2004, bio"=production reached 2.4 Mil tons, thereof \mbox{80\,\%} bio - diesel and \mbox{20\,\%} of bio - ethanol. Relative to the production capacity higher demand for diesel than for petrol makes also mentioned market potential for bio - diesel stronger than for bio - ethanol. All member states are obliged to ensure required proportion of bio"=fuels on their markets and have had to set national indicative targets to that reflect. Jatropha represent one of the most effective sources of bio- diesel.  \textit{Jatropha curcas} - a plant, in Europe not well known yet, is providing unusual amount of oil, which could be utilised even without further refining as a motor fuel. \textit{Jatropha curcas} is a new sensation really however was described and found much earlier.  \textit{Jatropha curcas} is a plant of primary importance in the matter of bio --- fuels production. With the depletion of fossil energy sources in sight, the importance of renewable sources of energy becomes one of the major conditions for permanently sustainable development not only in agriculture, but also in society as a whole. \textit{Jatropha curcas} is a plant of primary importance in the matter of bio --- fuels production.}
