\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}
\normalsize{
According to FAO(2004), it is estimated that 852 million people were undernourished during period 2000--2002. This number includes 815 million in developing countries 28 million in countries in transition and 9 million in industrialised countries. Nevertheless, food security it has been challenging issue was never end. Indonesia as one of the developing countries facing this ironical problem inevitably. The countries whose bulk of natural resources were neglected food security in particular of rice supply commodity. During period 1998--2004, the trade balance of food crops sector had been descended to deficit balance neither for rice nor substitutable food crops commodity.

This paper intend to analyse the food security factors which concern with spatial distributed supply of food sector regarding dynamic optimisation techniques. The model conducted  the equilibrium of simple linear supply and stochastic motion along movement of farmer welfare maximisation and spatial price elasticities. This model also elaborate that government may have price control in agricultural commodities to distributed the price transmission for maintaining a minimum price through the management of public buffer stock. Employing spatial data comprise of land, price of food product, social economic survey (Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional-SUSENAS), and District Potential Data  (Potensi Data-PODES) and Inter Regional Input Output Table (IRIO) which obtained from FAO STAT and Indonesia Statistic Agency. The conclusion have made by the result, that spatial aspect and price control by government have better distribution on welfare farmer transmission on one side, and  on the other side, spreading of logistic transmission spatially may strength of logistic position of food security in Indonesia.}
