\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}
\normalsize{
The food supplying in the great Latin American metropolis depends mainly on the small farming production. Most of these foods have a short life and its chain of commercialisation can be described like a structure of ``sand clock'', with a base where many small producers with low level of information and little power of negotiation, which sell their production to intermediaries, who when handling great volumes have the power to fix the prices. From there, the foods happen at the hands of dealers of different levels to arrive finally at the final consumers, who like the small producers, count on little information on the market and little power of negotiation in the fixation of prices. Inefficiencies in the supplying chain generate losses of products and increases in the prices, that are not reflected in the quality of the product.

The Group of Investigation in Management and Rural Development of the National University of Colombia, in alliance with diverse public and private institutions, has come working in obtaining more efficient and right food a commercialisation, within the framework of the policy of nourishing security of Bogota. The work leaves from the empowerment of the management capacities and negotiation of groups of rural entrepreneurs of towns of Cundinamarca State as (Cáqueza, Chipaque, Choachí, Guayabetal, Gutierrez, Fómeque, Fosca, Quetama, Ubaque, Une, Anapoima, Anolaima, El Colegio and La Mesa), conformed by small agro"=industrial agriculturists and, who enter direct bonding with buyers of the market of Bogota, obtaining more advisable negotiations for both extreme of the chain.}
