\textbf{Abstract}
\begin{abstract}
\normalsize{
Cypress is common name of many plants in the cypress family (Cupressaceae), which is conifer of northern temperate regions. Most cypress species are trees, while a few are shrubs. Most plants bearing the common name cypress are in the genera Cupressus and Chamaecyparis, but several other genera in the family also carry the name. Cypress was the first choice tree for Iranian Gardens. In all of the famous Persian Gardens, such as Fin Garden, Mahaan, Dowlat-Abad, Saeii Park and others, this tree has an important role in their design. The oldest living Cypress is the Sarv"=e-Abarkooh in Iran's Yazd Province. Sarv"=e-Abarqu ("cypress of Abarqu"), also called the Zoroastrian Sarv, is an Iranian national monument and major tourist attraction. It is over four thousand years old and may be the oldest living thing in Asia. Its age is estimated to be approximately 4000 years. Just as you see the symbol of the tree of life or Sarv(Cypress) in the ancient images and ruins like the Hakhumaneshian main masonry in Persepolis. Because it is evergreen, Sarv has always had a particular importance in Iran. In addition to the images and masonry you can also see in textiles a kind of tree or plant symbol of a curved Sarv, later called the Tarma. Trees have a special place in other Iranian art forms like Miniature. Cypress is one of the trees that more of Persian-Iranian poets had used it for Simile and metaphor in their poems. We try to Explain Simile and metaphor Application of Cypress tree in Hafez Poems. He had used Cypress tree as Simile and metaphor such as tall tree, tall Beloved, really tall of Beloved, Freshness and Young Beloved and Beloved.}
