The Navel orange is an important commercial product in the world as were as in Iran which is widely cultivated. The quality and quantity of this product influenced by many factors. Both Iron and zinc are trace elements which play an important role in plants and they could influence effectively on citrus fruits quality and quantity especially on "Navel" orange. In order to investigate the effect of these two trace elements on quality and quantity of Navel variety of orange, a factorial experiment as a randomised complete block design (RCBD) with 16 treatments and 4 replications was performed. Foliar application of iron and zinc (iron sulfate and zinc sulfate) in four levels of 0, \mbox{0.2\,\%}, \mbox{0.4\,\%}, and \mbox{0.6\,\%} alone and in combination were used on Navel orange trees. Our result showed spraying iron and zinc had significant effects on fruits size. Also both length and diameter were affected. However, small amounts of iron and zinc were effective on fruits size and weight and their over dose had negative on size. Maximum fruits size of was achieved by the use of \mbox{0.2\,\%} of iron and \mbox{0.2\,\%} zinc, but higher concentration of these amounts decreased fruit weight even lower than the control. Foliar application of iron and zinc significantly increased total soluble solids, ascorbic acid, leaf chlorophyll concentration, fruit firmness and leaves iron and zinc contents. The effect of iron and zinc spray on total acidity, peel and pulp percent and peel thickness of fruit were negligible and it was not significantly different than the untreated control}
